Question:I am an athlete and I regularly need to practice and exercise to keep myself fit. Nowadays I am feeling lack of strength in my shoulders to carry out my daily activities. It started with slow pain in my shoulders and getting worse day by day. Do you have any solution for this?
Answer:Our shoulder is the most movable and flexible joint in our body. The shoulder problems are mostly related to muscles, ligament and tendons rather than bones.

Athletes are especially prone to shoulder problems as they do a lot of repetitive and intense exercise regimen to stay them fit. Consequently, they also tend to ignore the shoulder problems, if it occurs. It aggravates the situation and sometimes makes it worse.

You must see an orthopedic to determine the severity of your shoulder problem. You might be advised to do a series of exercises with the aim of strengthening the shoulder muscles. You may be prescribed some medication to lessen your pain or other symptoms. In a severe case of shoulder problem, you might be suggested for a surgery. So, immediately meet a doctor.
