Question:I' ve recently been diagnosed as having the human papilloma virus. Any suggestions?
Answer:The human papilloma virus (HPV)causes wart-like growths. The conventional medical treatment is burning or freezing them, then letting the body' s immune system take over.

To support yourself nutritionally, either alone or alongside conventional medical treatment, I suggest you dramatically up your intake of vitamin C, as this is the most powerful antiviral agent and will make it very hard for any virus to survive. Over the next three months, I suggest you take 5g a day. The best form is pure ascorbic acid powder, which you can mix into a large bottle of juice mixed with water and drink throughout the day. If you get loose bowels, reduce the dose to a level where this doesn' t occur. At the end of the three months, reduce the dose down to 3g a day, then 2 grams a day after a further three months. It is best to do this alongside a basic multivitamin and antioxidant complex supplement.

There are other ways of boosting your immune system, too - that is, eatinga wholefood, nutrient-rich diet, drinking lots of water and limiting refined or processed foods and alcohol.Concentrate on fresh, organic vegetables, fruits such as watermelon, berries and kiwi, and be sure to include seeds, lentils, beans and fish. Avoid frying, which introduces free radicals, and steam your vegetables or eat a proportion of them raw. Salads, fresh diluted juices and lightly cooked soups are the way to go.
