Question:How can I keep my skin from drying out on my summer holiday?
Answer:Although avoiding the sun is a good prescription for keeping your skin supple, let' s face it: you' re likely to ignore that at least some of the time. And anyway, moderate sunlight on your skin is actually good for you. So apart from being sensible about when and how long you are in-the sun, give your skin all the protection you can with nutrients.

Antioxidants such as vitamins A, C and E are essential for protecting against the harmful effects of the sun - so eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds. I also recommend you take a good antioxidant formula. Apart from using a good sun cream, you should moisturize your skin from the inside with essential fatty acids. Oily fish, nuts, and seeds such as pumpkin and sunflower are particularly rich in these important nutrients, so eat mackerel, organic or wild salmon, herring or sardines three times a week and have a handful of nuts and seeds every day.
