| Answer: | Plendil is an excellent medication for controlling high blood pressure, but it is well known to have swelling and bloating of the arms and legs as a side effect.
Navidrex is a mild fluid tablet, that removes excess fluid from the body.
You need to talk to your doctor about your problems, and s/he may consider restabilising you on a different combination of tablets to minimise your bloating while maintaining your blood pressure.
