Symptoms of Granuloma Annulare One or more ring shaped lumps of l-3cm. diameter on back of hands, elbows or top of feet covered with normal skin but varying in color from red to white. |
Tests for Granuloma Annulare Diagnosis confirmed by a skin biopsy. |
Treatment for Granuloma Annulare No ideal treatment exists. Application of potent steroid creams, or injections of steroids into the skin lesion are sometimes successful. Cryotherapy (freezing), ultraviolet light and medications used to treat cancer are other options.
