Question 1:	What should a patient do if not happy with the treatment given by their doctor?
Question 2:	I have been to my doctor three times with the same pain in my side. She has tried two lots of medicine, ordered X-rays and blood tests, and still does not know what is causing my pain, which is continuing despite her useless treatments. Every time I go back she keeps charging me, but if my car doesn' t go after repairs, it' s fixed on warranty. Why should I have to pay if she can' t make me better?
Question 3:	Is it necessary to have private hospital insurance with Medicare paying all the bills?
Question 4:	I have just arrived in Australia and I am confused by Medicare and your health system. Can you explain it simply for me? The brochures I have read seem to be very complicated.
Question 5:	I asked my GP for a referral for a second opinion, and he informed me that he had forwarded my information to the second specialist. I told him I did not like that because I wanted a proper second opinion, not a rehash and a biased opinion backing up the first doctor. Am I being unreasonable?
