Symptoms of Spigelian Hernia
A soft lump appears just above the pubic bone to the left or right of center in the lower belly. If the hernia becomes trapped, it may be painful and tender. |
Tests for Spigelian Hernia
Usually the lump can be pushed back into the belly when the patient lies down. No specific tests are diagnostic. |

Surgery to repair the defect in the muscle wall.
