Symptoms of Spigelian Hernia
A soft lump appears just above the pubic bone to the left or right of center in the lower belly. If the hernia becomes trapped, it may be painful and tender.

Usually the lump can be pushed back into the belly when the patient lies down. No specific tests are diagnostic.

Surgery to repair the defect in the muscle wall.
