Symptoms of Polycystic Kidney Usually no symptoms, and found during investigations of a family that is known to have the disease, during an operation or other routine investigation. In other cases may be a cause of high blood pressure, blood in the urine, or constant pain in one loin. |

Treatment for Polycystic Kidney Most patients require no treatment. In serious cases where the kidneys do fail, dialysis (artificial kidney machine) or a kidney transplant are possible.
