Symptoms of Restless Legs Syndrome When patient goes to bed, they can' t get to sleep because they feel that they have to keep moving their legs. |
Tests for Restless Legs Syndrome None diagnostic. |
Treatment for Restless Legs Syndrome Keeping the legs cooler than the body, and the use of paracetamol or a small dose of a mild muscle relaxant such as diazepam (Valium). Getting out of bed and going for a run doesn' t help.

Likely Outcome of Restless Legs Syndrome Distressing but not serious problem that often occurs episodically for years, but is usually well controlled by treatment. |
