Question:I have recently started drinking occasionally. After drinking, my face becomes red. I also feel burning sensation in my chest after having a drink. In the very next morning, I also feel soreness in my chest, when I touch it. Do I have low tolerance for alcohol? What to do?
Answer:Every person metabolizes alcohol in a different way. So, every person has different tolerance level for alcohol.

Moreover, alcohol consumption affects ones body functions and behavior in a big way. So, if a person consume alcohol on a regularly basis, the body develops some sort of tolerance for it. That means, if you drink a constant amount continuously, it will produce lesser effects. But, this tolerance may increase your alcohol consumption and can cause more health related problems
